This picture says it all. In just a short time, there’s been a massive transformation of the media landscape, and this has had a profound effect on journalism (creation and consumption). This course explores those changes and the essential tools in multimedia storytelling.
This is an interdisciplinary course grounded in basic journalism — writing and reporting — with hands-on work in digital photography, video, data visualization, social media, design, and coding for the web.
